• We may edit, remove, or decline to publish any listing at our discretion
• You retain ownership of photos and content you submit, but grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and distribute that content on the Site and in promotional materials
• You may request removal of your listing at any time by contacting us
• Claiming a listing requires email verification. Edit access is provided via time-limited secure links

User-Submitted Content

When you submit content to the Site (including but not limited to directory listings, photos, bios, and descriptions), you agree that:

• You own the content or have the right to submit it
• The content does not infringe on any third party's intellectual property or privacy rights
• The content is not misleading, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
• We may remove content that violates these terms without notice

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the federal and state courts located in Wake County, North Carolina. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to venue.

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

General Provisions

Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Affiliate Disclosure, constitute the entire agreement between you and MahjongCompare regarding your use of the Site.

Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Non-Assignment. You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights under them without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights under these Terms without restriction.

Force Majeure. We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, internet outages, or third-party service failures.

Waiver. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of that right or provision.
